About the Conference:
The 85th National Electric Energy Society of Australia (EESA) Conference and Exhibition will be held at one of Queensland's premier holiday destinations - the beautiful Gold Coast. This is an excellent opportunity to come to the Sunshine State and be a part of the longest running Electricity Energy Industry conference in Australia.
This year's conference – Electricity 2009 – Smart Grids, Smart Energy and Smart People again promises to create, nurture and foster ideas that will make our industry a leader in enabling a sustainable future and to be the most sought after for Australia's brightest engineers.
The industry is constantly advancing through the use of technology and such advancement requires communication, resources, skills development and leadership to guide us through a constant sea of change.
The conference will bring speakers and delegates together who are taking on this sea change and discuss the requirements and challenges to bring together Smart Grids, Smart Energy and Smart People.
On behalf of the EESA Queensland Chapter, I invite you to submit a abstract that will assist in developing a thought provoking program that is a "must attend" conference for 2009.
